Established in 1993 Heat Exchanger Services (Wales) Ltd are specialists in the manufacture, servicing, and repair of heat exchangers.
Who we are
We have a highly skilled and trained workforce with over 35 years of experience, and we’re committed to delivering an excellent customer experience, and providing a quality service – we are regularly audited in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard.
We specialise in the manufacture, overhaul, and repair of heat exchangers. We also offer general welding and fabrication services. In addition, we are chemical cleaning specialists, and are able to conduct chemical cleans on a range of plant equipment, machinery, and pipework systems, utilising our specialist chemical pumps and ultrasonic cleaning tanks.
Our on-site servicing team consists of a range of workers, all of whom have many years of experience of working on steel production plants, power stations, industrial manufacturing plants, utility sites, and the marine sector.
All of our engineers are experienced in various permit to work systems and CDM regulations, and all our personnel hold up to date CCNSG safety passports – making us the first choice for our diverse customer base, which includes the manufacturing industry, power generation industry, shipping industry, hospitals, and more.
From our premises in the Vale of Glamorgan, close to the M4 motorway, we offer a fast and efficient service for the manufacture and repair of heat exchangers throughout Wales and South West England.
